Columbus Capital Lending has been on a mission to close loans faster. Once they began automating tasks in Encompass® by ICE Mortgage Technology®, they quickly gained the efficiency they needed while maintaining excellent loan quality standards and service levels.
To improve closing times and increase efficiencies during the loan process, the Columbus Capital team created a custom Loan Processor-Initial CD Request Input form within Encompass. Now, when a loan goes to underwriting for finalization, that form automatically triggers a closing disclosure request, which led to better than expected turn times for Columbus Capital.
